Hi, I’m Kezz
I’ve been in web design for, phew, quite some time now. I built my first site way back in 1997 and I’ve been tinkering away ever since. I began my career as the in-house designer and general techie person for a couple of companies, before branching out as a solo freelancer, and after that moving into creating themes and plugins for systems like WordPress and Ghost.
In recent years I’ve taken on more of a teaching role, predominantly via courses and tutorials at Envato Tuts+, and also having written about Craft CMS for .Net magazine and and a book titled “Getting Started with Ghost” for Packt Publishing. I’ve covered pretty much every part of the web design process, utilizing all kinds of tools and systems, so if you’d like to learn be sure to head over to:
Since I created that first website on my university computers back in the day, I’ve branched out into multiple areas of digital creativity. I’ve incorporated digital art in a few different forms, as well as game dev.
I recently saw a laptop sticker that jumped out at me. It said:
“Teach Everything You Know”
That’s what this site, and my about to be launched YouTube channel are all about. I’ve been teaching for coming up on seven years now, but there is still a whole lot more I’ve picked up that I’d like to share. And with these additional platforms, alongside my ongoing contributions to Envato Tuts+, I too hope to teach everything I know.
And I hope I can help you out in the process!
